February's Favourite Scarf Knot - The Bandana Style Knot

Happy February everyone!

Let’s start the month with one of our favourite scarf knots, The Bandana Style Knot!

It is a personal favourite, I could almost call it my go-to knot! I love how it adds a dash of colour to an everyday outfit :-)

This style is very simple to do and it can be achieved using a square scarf of any size!

They all start the same way; First, fold your square scarf in half from one corner to the other to form a triangle. Bring the two corners which are furthest away from each other over your shoulders and around your neck.

For smaller scarves, simply tie a knot behind your neck adjusting the front to create some attractive folds.

For larger scarves, wrap the two corners around your neck and bring them back over to the front, then tie them into a simple knot or a bow.

You can also knot each corner individually to give them a little weight or wear it loose over your shoulders as seen below in the last photo by Hermes.

As you can see, there are many possibilities!
